1920s French Wax Bust Mannequin Display Flapper
This stunning antique wax bust, crafted in France in the early 1920s, is a true treasure from the past. She features beautifully modeled wax hair and a sweet face with a friendly expression. Her lifelike crystal glass eyes and real porcelain teeth add to her delicate charm. Originally part of a life-size mannequin, her bust was attached to a mannequin body. At some point, she suffered a break in her breastplate, which was carefully repaired—likely due to the wear and tear of dressing and undressing over the years.
I have styled her with a real wig, and she is mounted on an antique stand for display. She also comes adorned with a flapper-style headband (not antique) and a genuine antique feather. You can choose to display her with or without the wig, or alternate between looks using the included accessories.
